My friend Susan Van Praag of New York City could use your prayers. Her boyfriend has really bad pneumonia and had to go to the ER Friday night to make sure it wasn’t something worse. Please pray for his recovery and that Susan had all the support she needs at this time.

Our friend, Fred, passed away on Monday afternoon. Thank you for all your prayers. Connie really appreciated the support she felt from knowing they were on our prayer chain. The family has donated Fred's brain to Barrow's Neurological Institute in Phoenix for research. Fred would have loved that gift. Thanks again.

Hi friends,
I wanted to let you know that my grandma (my dad's mom) passed away almost two hours ago. She had not been doing great lately, especially the last couple weeks.
She had been living in an assisted living apartment until three weeks ago, when she went into the hospital for several days, and then was moved to a rehab facility. They believe she had a small stroke or TIA last Friday, and got progressively weaker since then.
She was 97, had a good life, and is now reunited with my grandpa, whom she had been missing desperately.

Please pray for our friends, Connie and Fred Zook. Fred is suffering from Lewi Body Dementia. Connie can no longer care for him at home and she and her daughters have made the painful decision to seek help for Fred in a residential care facility. We are grateful for the care he will receive but grieving the long good-bye. He no longer responds to us on the phone and cannot feed himself. He is deteriorating rapidly. Pray for strength for all of the Zook family and for the caregivers who are called to this work.
