So I haven’t been walking since Jan 1st in order to let my leg heal as much as possible for tomorrow, Friday the 31st... About 5:30am, I’m going into surgery to have just two centimeters of my right leg taken off due to a contained bone infection... there’ll be a 4-6 week cast to follow & another 4-6 weeks before getting a new prosthetic leg... I know what’s ahead, as I’ve been thru it before, but it’s going to be less than fun - so all good thoughts and prayers are gladly welcomed in hopes of a successful surgery tomorrow and quick and complete healing process, thanks...
