Thank you for prayers for my niece, Kamille. She has declined and is in St. Luke's ICU, intubated and near having life support withdrawn. However, today it was revealed that she is a registered organ donor.
Iowa's Transplant coordinator is on her way from Des Moines to get all records collected to make a determination on viability of organs, identify recipients and schedule surgeries.
I am so proud of Kamille. She will be saving so many other lives.
She was my Flower Girl.
