Please pray for Tom Spencer, Sarah Parker's son, who lives in Panama City, FL where his home and work place were badly damaged. He is living with a friend until his home is repaired. He is looking for temporary work until his workplace recovers. Please pray for his health, safety, and to find temporary work.
Please pray for Michelle and her family, a life long friend of Karen Hurt. Michelle has recurrent cancer and will be starting chemotherapy.
Please pray for Jan Wicks, as she is hospitalized again, and will have a cardiac procedure Oct. 18th to repair a heart valve.

My friend Raven Walton of De Valls Bluff, AR, could once again use your prayers.
She will be having another surgery Wednesday. When they put her new pacemaker in, they placed it right on her hip bone, which is a very uncomfortable spot for her, so they will be moving it off that bone and lower down. Please pray for a smooth surgery and that she won’t have a recurrence of MRSA. So far she hasn’t, which is a good sign, but she is prone to it now since she’s had it before. This will be her 17th surgery in all the time she’s been alive. She suffers from gastroparesis and endometriosis and had a hysterectomy. After she had the hysterectomy (when they put her pacemaker in the last time), it really hit her like a ton of bricks that she no longer is able to have children. I wish I knew what to say to comfort her, but I hope she knows she has a good network of people praying for her. Thank you so much!

My friend Kayla Shelton of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, could use your prayers.
She was admitted to the hospital over the weekend for stomach pains, and ended up having to have her appendix removed. Thankfully it hadn’t burst, it was just inflamed, but I can only imagine how she’s feeling. She’s home from the hospital now and is tired, but I think she’s recovering well.
My friends and I sent her flowers, balloons and chocolates, and I know she greatly appreciated it. Please pray for a smooth recovery and that she feels better soon!
